Kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Officer di tempat usaha PT Duta Daya Digital untuk daerah Tangerang serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun kualifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma) & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup lumayan tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Tapi itu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

What will you do :

  • Handling Incoming Sales Inquiries: As a inbound sales team, would be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries from seller and prospects via phone, email, or chat. Need to be able to effectively answer questions, provide product information, and guide the customer through the sales process.
  • Qualifying Leads: You would be responsible for qualifying leads by asking questions to determine if the customer is a good fit for Crewdible’s products or services.
  • Sales Pitch: Responsible for delivering a compelling sales pitch to potential customers that highlights the benefits of Crewdible’s products and services and demonstrates why they should choose Crewdible over competitors.
  • Closing Sales: Ultimate goal would be to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintaining Customer Relationships: Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchase.
  • Utilizing Sales Tools: Need to be proficient in using sales tools such as customer relationship management (CRM) software, sales analytics software, and other tools to track sales metrics and customer interactions.
  • Staying Up-to-Date on Product and Industry Knowledge: Need to stay up-to-date on the latest product and industry knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide guidance during the sales process.

Qualifications :

  • Educational background: D3/S1 any major, has experience handling Sales and CRM in related industry will be beneficial. And also has an certified/ experience in sales training course will be advantages.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They need to be able to effectively communicate with customers and prospects to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
  •  Sales Experience: Sales experience is often required for inbound sales team members, as they will be responsible for closing sales and meeting sales targets. Experience in customer service or a related field.
  •  Product Knowledge: Inbound sales team members need to have a good understanding of the products or services being sold in order to effectively answer customer questions and provide guidance during the sales process.
  • Technical Skills: Need to be proficient in using sales tools such as customer relationship management (CRM) software, sales analytics software, and other tools to track sales metrics and customer interactions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Need to be able to quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during the sales process.
  • Time Management Skills: Need to be able to manage their time effectively, prioritizing tasks and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Flexibility: Need to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in order to accommodate customer needs.
