Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Officer (Aviation) di kantor PT Travira Air untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Jasa Keuangan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Sales Officer Shall:

Identify and develop new leads via direct sales activities, contact by phone, reply inquiries via website, networking events and clients referrals
Identify new opportunities as well as specific project opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Promptly respond to quote requests, including outside of normal business hours
Deep understanding and application of aviation regulations FAR Part 121 & Part 135
Ability to translate customer needs of charter fleet
Coordinate with Flight Operations Team to deliver standard levels of service
Win New Customers and manage corporate accounts to achieve revenue target
Negotiate corporate contracts, respond to calls for tender
Build and maintain strong relationship with Customers
Effectively work to ensure corporate customer satisfaction through after sales activities
Maintain departmental sales systems in coordinating and tracking of client information/client status
Provide front-line service to internal and external customers and provide accurate and timely information to elevate department service levels.
Provide administrative support: create, proof, and send professional correspondences; process contracts; administer the budget, invoices, and payments; process mail and deliveries; schedule travel and client meetings; and conduct site inspections (if applicable), etc.
Periodically visit customers and participate in trade shows and exhibits
Analyze corporate sales performance and take actions accordingly
Research and compile monthly reports for management to track tasks, monitor goals and outcomes, and identify trends and key performers as needed.

Requirements :

Min. 5 years experience as Sales & Marketing person in aviation
Strong leadership with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Ability to work collaboratively with team and other departments
Ability to learn, retain, and follow specific operational guidelines, rules, and policies
Ability to prepare and give formal presentations
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Genuinely enjoys working with customers and can establish good relationship
Have a strong desire to sell and to participate in growing charter revenues and client base
Exceptional ability to work in fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks with close attention to detail
