Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible OEM and Distribution Specialist to join our team in Tangerang. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market presence across Indonesia. You will be responsible for identifying potential OEM customers and securing reliable distributors to sell our products throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research : Conduct thorough research to identify potential OEM customers and suitable distributors in Indonesia.
Networking : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential OEM clients and distributors.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets for both OEM sales and distribution.
Negotiation : Negotiate terms and agreements with OEM customers and distributors to secure profitable deals.
Collaboration : Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
Reporting : Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
Requirements:

Experience : Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
Integrity : Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity.
Responsibility: Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
