Kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Merchandiser di perusahaan PT Jeikei Ecommerce Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.
Skill yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Merchandising serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Selain itu untuk persyaratan yang PT kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 5.000.000 - Rp 6.000.000.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Target-driven sales management, both online and offline.
• Develop and implement long-term product strategies.
• Analyze market trends and customer demand to identify new product opportunities.
• Develop product pricing and promotion strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors or suppliers.
• Contact potential vendors or suppliers to establish cooperation.
• Communicate with vendors or suppliers to ensure sufficient product availability.
• Conduct assessments of existing products and propose improvements or changes where necessary.
• Collaborate with sales team to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Manage the product life cycle, including product launch, growth and discontinuation.
• Analyze sales & product performance data to provide relevant recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors or suppliers and business partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Fluent in spoken and written English is a MUST.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Merchandiser or in a related role in a relevant industry (e.g., retail company, e-commerce, or consumer company).
• Have both online and offline sales experience.
• Have interest about Korea such as K-Drama, K-Pop, K-Beauty etc.
• Understanding of competition in the market and ability to identify opportunities.
• Understanding of B2B and B2C business models.
• Data analysis and market research skills to plan and develop effective merchandising strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal teams, suppliers and clients.
• Strong negotiation skills to negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
• Understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Good understanding of relevant data analysis software and tools.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple details with accuracy.
• Good organization to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Powerful multi-tasking and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written Korean is a PLUS.
• Highly motivated with strong self-management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
