Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve student enrollment targets through effective direct sales strategies (both offline and online).

  2. Conduct product presentations, school introductions, and knowledge-sharing sessions for prospective parents.

  3. Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on marketing events, school tours, meetings, and appointments.

  4. Organize, promote, and support school events such as Open Houses, Information Sessions, and outreach or community engagement programs.

  5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and enrollment reports to support strategic planning.

  6. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with parents, educational partners, and community networks.

  7. Respond to inquiries from prospective parents professionally, promptly, and accurately via phone, email, chat platforms, or in person.

  8. Provide clear and relevant information regarding the admissions process, school programs, fees, and requirements.

  9. Ensure all prospective student data is accurately recorded, updated, and maintained in the school’s admissions system.

  10. Follow up with leads and prospective parents to support the conversion process from inquiry to enrollment.

  11. Collaborate with the Academic, Administration, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing and admissions activities.

  12. Assist in preparing marketing materials, reports, and presentations as required.

  13. Perform other duties assigned by supervisors related to marketing, admissions, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, Communication, or Education preferred).

  2. At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing; experience in the education sector (schools or courses) is an advantage.

  3. Good verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.

  4. Strong persuasive, communication, and presentation skills.

  5. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  6. Target-driven, creative, proactive, and skilled in building rapport with prospective parents.

  7. Able to start immediately (preferred).

  8. Candidates based in Balikpapan are strongly preferred.
