Job Description:

• Lead our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.
• Develop plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting department goals.
• Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts include search engine optimization.
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.
• Understand internet global marketing (Google and Market Place)
• Understand the flow of Market Place Selling Process include Sales and assisting in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
• The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs offline and online that will help our reputation and sales growth.

Requirements:

• Excellent English Skills
• Have similar background as Marketing Manager minimum 5 years
• Have working experience in Interior Design Industry or Furniture Industy is preferable
• In-depth computer skills
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind experience in marketing & communications
• Creative and Innovative
• Excellent communication, public speaking, presentation skills
• Minimum bachelor’s degree of Marketing/Marketing Communication/Digital Marketing/Business Management/Marketing Management from reputable University.
• Able to join by immediately
