Job Description

• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Prepares and completes action plans;productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identify trends; determine system improvements
• Prepares an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions. Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements
• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies;recommending selling prices; monitoring costs.
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
• Actively hunt for New customers opportunities

Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree, from Business Management, Economics, Management or related fields.
• Min 4 years Have related experiences as Sales & Marketing Manager.
• Sales Expertise: Strong ability to drive sales, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing deals.
• Strong Problem Handling skill with ‘can do’ attitude.
• Advance level of English both written and spoken
• Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning and financial controls
• Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and create effective sales strategies.
• Will be located in Bandung.

• Networking: Strong networking skills to establish relationships with key industry players.

EPLC Kampung Inggris Bandung Being started in 2012, we managed to provide English programs with affordable prices (even worth about a lunch per meeting) and flexible schedules that allow students to change their learning hour when they are packed with school’s tasks.
