Skill yang kita butuhkan ialah Teknik & Teknik Kimia serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk syarat yang PT kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Position Summary :

Drive the Business Development for Company and manage key accounts while preparing proposals, participate in tenders, promote and secure orders for the Edible Oil and Oleochemical Technology
Identify and develop key strategies and networking in the Indonesian vegetable oil industry to enhance sales in the region.

Responsibilities :

Assist JJ-Lurgi’s management to develop Company’s business platform and implement the Sales and Marketing strategy for the Company and JJ-Lurgi Group in line with market growth potential, technological and price competitiveness and any emerging opportunities in allied technologies and supply.
Manage key client accounts while identifying and developing new customer base.
Achieve the annual budget orders intake in terms of value and anticipated margins.
Penetrate the market to ensure optimum market coverage and timely response to market opportunities in terms of proposal preparation, follow up and negotiations.
Develop / maintain healthy customer relationship and provide planned regular and effective visit and provide support so as to maintain their confidence in the JJ-Lurgi, its products and hence enhance future sales possibilities.
Closely monitor the competitive environment including technology and commercial developments of key competitors and develop counter strategy.
Co-ordinate with the Engineering / Operation Department for assistance required on proposal preparation and technical presentation to customers.
Co-ordinate and engage Sales and Engineering Departments in the preparation of proposals.
Occasionally coordinate site services when necessary to enhance client relationship
Follow up regularly on submitted proposals and to update the customer relationship management system
Assist in the preparation of selected conferences and exhibitions and participate during the exhibition.
Assist in ensuring that the Company’s overall strategic objectives are met.
Assist in providing operational leadership for the Company including development, implementation and review of operational policies and procedures as well as supporting budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing processes.

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical engineering.
Minimum 7 years experience in sales management.
Possess good understanding of B2B sales processes.
Strong business acumen and a high level of influencing, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Having experience in Palm Oil industry is preferable
Good command in English is a must
