A leading international Restaurant brand with several locations in Bali is on the hunt for a sales-driven and innovative marketing Manager to help manage all the sales and marketing activities across their multiple outlets.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager will play a vital role in strategic marketing, branding, social media, sales, events and advertising of the group. This includes setting the sales and marketing goals, developing the strategies and tactics, managing the budget and resources, and evaluating the performance and ROI. You will also be required to lead and mentor a team of marketing and ensure alignment and collaboration across different functions and channels. 

Ultimately, the role is to drive brand awareness, enhance profitability, and achieve marketing objectives while maintaining the company’s standards.

Requirements :

• Open for both Indonesian and Expat candidates with work experience in Bali or Indonesia.
• Diploma in Tourism / PR / Marketing or Business Management.
• Demonstrated skills in supervising a creative team.
• Minimum of four years experience in sales or marketing within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong marketing portfolio with well-established brands.
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices to achieve targets.
• Experience in influencer marketing and various marketing channels.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with fluency in English.
• Proven track record as a self-starter who can think out of the box and autonomously execute projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Have an excellent media database and market analysis ability.
• Provides positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the marketing, sales, events and retail & wholesale teams.
• Analyzes market information by using sales systems and implementing strategy.
• Craft strategies for all teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Sales & Marketing department.
• Set, monitor and report on team goals.
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
• Analyze consumer behaviour and determine customer personas.
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
• Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans.
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
• Plan and execute promotion campaigns for all venues.
• Identify, plan and oversee content creation.
• Curate photoshoots alongside the creative team.
• Leverage innovations to maximize revenue of traditional and digital assets and products.
• Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
• Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels and profit margins to guide promotions and sponsorships.
