Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales & Marketing General Manager di tempat usaha PT Intera Lestari Polimer untuk domisili Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Kami memberikan kualifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Overview: Responsible for leading and overseeing the success of all sales & marketing strategies to increase market share and profitability, that will improve the organization’s competitive position and meet the organization’s business objectives.

Key Roles:

Lead, direct and control all sales and marketing activities. Activities may include: market research, forecasting; pricing; marketing campaigns, business development; order handling; customer service; competitor identification and analysis.
Acquiring new businesses and markets. Establish targets in areas such as product mix, sales volume, market share, and business development. Organizes and controls implementation of marketing and sales tactics.
Monitor performance of the organization against the goals.
Handle major customers to ensure sustainability of organization’s business.
Liaise with other senior executive across the organization to ensure the strategies are integrated with the rest business and align with corporate objectives.
Select and manage relationship with related external organizations such as associations, governments, and NGOs to support the company’s business.
Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.

Qualifications:

At least Bachelor’s degree in any field, from a reputable university.
Having minimum 10 years of working experiences in sales and marketing, especially in Masterbatch, Compound, Plastic or similar industry.
Demonstrated ability to create sales & marketing strategy, annual budget, and reach the set business targets.
Capable to manage and lead team member in achieving strategic objectives.
Proficient in analysis of sales report and market research data.
Willing to do regular business trip.
Work placement will be at Jakarta Pusat.
