Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales & Marketing Executive - Building Materials (Coatings)-Medan(B-125679) di kantor RGF HR Agent Indonesia untuk domisili Medan & Sumatera Utara dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami inginkan ialah Manajemen Akun & Relasi (Penjualan) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

About The Company:

  • The working venue is in Medan.

  • Our client is a Building Materials (Paintings/Coatings) company. Currently, they are looking for Sales & Marketing Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, interior design consultants, and architectural firms.

  • Identify and follow up on new business opportunities and project leads in building and construction industry.

  • Promote products through presentations, product demos, and technical consultations.

  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets in line with company goals.

  • Work with marketing team to implement campaigns, promotions, and events.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular progress reports to management.

  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and post-sales support.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events in the industry.

  • Continuously improve knowledge of products and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

  • High conversational English or above.

  • Min. 2 years experience in Sales Marketing / Project Sales in Building Materials industry (esp. Paints / Coatings).

  • Strong network and connections with Construction companies, Architectural Firms, and Interior Design companies.

  • Excellent communication skills and proactive, sales-driven (hunter) mindset.

  • Own car.
