As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners in the automotive industry (especially OEM). Description

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited only to):

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the automotive industry
• Work closely with automotive OEMs to understand their specific product and technology needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to align offerings with OEM requirements
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities

Profile

The successful candidate is someone with a clear track record in sales of Wiring Harness or other electrical/automation related product for automotive vehicles. As the goal is to acquire new projects with Automotive OEMs, network with big players in Indonesia (Japanese or non-Japanese OEM) and track record in penetrating into business with those players are a major requirement.
