Lowongan Kerja Bekasi Posisi Sales Manager – West Area di PT Guyovital

The Sales Manager – West Area has responsibility to formulates the strategy of the sales department within the Company strategy framework, and, after approval by the Head of Sales and General Manager, implements it through effective design and management of the key areas of the department, in order to ensure a strong, innovative and well positioned and growing sales operation, which meets the (total) sales targets of the Company, and thereby contribute to the performance of the Company.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and ensure gain relevant market share and grow the consolidated sales profit and volume of premix and feed additive product lines through customer and distributor management.
• Gather, analyses and interpret the data that are available from our customers or potential customers
• Together with related department, such as Marketing Department, Technical Services, etc., Initiate sales activities and the activities that come along with the activities
• Review key account plans, understand the steps in a sales cycle, how to create progress in a sales cycle, make use of resources in different phases of the sales cycle. Maintain overview of customers in pipeline
• Proactively develop own self, subordinate, and distributor to build up the premix and feed additives business
• Develop the team, including subordinate & distributor, and customer strategy and execute this strategy by channel and by product group
• Leading, guiding, coaching, motivating and directing subordinate and the distributors’ sales force into the most profitable business areas

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor of Science in animal nutrition, agri-business, veterinarian, or equivalent
• Have minimum 8 years in-work related experiences as a sales manager in field of premixes and/or feed additives
• Have well-developed sales and distributor management skills
• Have experiences in setting goals, planning tactical and strategic sales initiatives.
•  Strong negotiator, result oriented, passionate, and persistent 
•  Have excellent in interpersonal skill, including verbal communication and presentations skills both in English & Bahasa
• Have excellent Leadership Skill
