The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding the company’s customer base in the industrial sector. He/she will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through effective leadership and collaboration with clients.

Description

The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and market trends to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Create accurate sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product, effectively conveying their value to clients.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for presentation to senior management.

Profile

The successful candidate is someone with a strong experience in sales team management and track record in selling to the relevant industries, such as Automotive (OEM, 1st Tier, 2nd Tier), Fabrication, etc.

Knowledge and experience in sales of Welding Technology is a major advantage.
