The Sales Manager for Solution Segment will be reporting to the Regional Sales & Marketing Head. In addition, the successful candidate will work closely with relevant departments in expanding their business to the data center, commercial building, and general manufacturing market. You will be expected to meet targets and drive sales.

A well respected player boasting a strong track record historically, they pose as a leading brand in the industry. Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a Sales Manager (solution segment) who has a strong network in the data center, commercial building, and general manufacturing who can assist in opening new markets, creating the go-to-market strategy, and expanding its business development.

Description

• Develop strong industry networks, customer relationships & strategic partnerships in the data center, commercial building, and general manufacturing industry.
• Promote and strategically the company’s complete solution portfolio into the selected market segments.
• Implement client strategies for both new and existing targeted key accounts such as developers, end users, authorities, consultants, contractors & channel partners.
• Responsible in business development expansion, as well as introducing products or services to current and potential clients.
• Be responsible for screening and qualifying of new projects to build healthy strategic pipelines.
• Understand the key decision makers and customer’s buying preferences to develop winning pursuit strategies.

Profile

This role is based in Jakarta, and we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organizational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.

Other key requirements include:

• A minimum 8 years of working experience in electrical industry.
• Have extensive network within the data center, commercial building, and general manufacturing industry.
• Being able to foster long term relationships with clients.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a population.
