Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Sales Manager (Solo/Surakarta) di perusahaan Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk., PT untuk daerah Surakarta atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop a sales strategic plan by analyzing and mapping the strength of market area, competitor, opportunity and others to ensure that sales activities run optimally.
  • Develop annual budget plan by reviewing and analyzing the historical used, new business opportunity, and others cost; monitor and review the implementation in order to ensure the costs effectively used.
  • Perform breakdown sales target into individual target based on team capabilities and market conditions in order to ensure the target set are met.
  • Provide direction, monitor and review sales team performance by providing mentoring, coaching and developing them in order to maintain the productivity optimally.
  • ·Perform approaching new clients by perform sourcing potential clients, understanding client needs, and prospecting intensely in order to ensure the Company target are achieved.
  • Perform review potential projects and/or client by analyzing the opportunity and/or performance in order to determine the continuity of the collaboration.
  • Responsible to review, analyze and make a change of product and service specification based on contract based on customer needs analysis in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Build a professional relationship by maintain communication with clients regularly in order to ensure that all client needs are fulfilled.
  • Provide the best service from end to end including resolve any issues and/or problems within the coverage area as a part of after sales services to maintain a good level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform deliver training regularly into sales teams regarding product and technical knowledge in order to ensure the standardization of working process and information.
  • Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operational running smoothly.
  • Perform competitor analysis by identify their market, strength, weakness, method, customer and any others information that can be used for evaluation material in order to maintain competitiveness.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance report accurately and provide recommendation analysis in order to ensure the target are achieved.
  • Assist the Superior duties when needed to ensure the business running well.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum 5-7 years in the same field (Sales ISP B2B). Preferably having experience as a Leader minimum 1-3 years.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Strong computer, Internet and Excel skills
  • Strong data analytics skills and the ability to work closely with the assigned various team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Product Knowledge.
  • Persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Oriented.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, well-organized, and extremely detail-oriented.

You will be working as part of iForte, one of Protelindo’s subsidiaries that focused on provider of data communication & connectivity network services based on optical cable, wireless, and VSAT.
