Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi SALES MANAGER (SM) - Valves di perusahaan PT Ultra Delta Maju untuk kota/kab Jakarta Barat serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

urgently need highly qualified candidate

 for

SALES MANAGER (SM) for Control Valves & Accessories

Qualifications :

• Minimum S 1 with technical background (Instrumentation, Mechanical or Chemical, Metallurgical engineering)

• Minimum 10 years experience in sales/marketing in :Control and piping valves

• Extensive product knowledge of Control Valves, Actuators, Positioner, & Accessories (MANDATORY)

• Having an established network with Business Partners / Sales Channels / Sales Distributors / Retailer Shop across Indonesia (MANDATORY)

• Having a good relationship with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, BUMN/Government and EPC company is preferred

• Excellent health and good computer skills (MS Office) and fluent in English written and verbal

• Outgoing personality, self starter and self motivated , diligent, hardworking, analytical, excellent attitudes, team work, goals oriented and have leadership quality.

• Willing to travel throughout Indonesia

•    Own S IM A or C valid driving license

Main Jobs / Responsibility :

1.   Make introductions and approaches to the old customers and new customers.

2.   Maintain good relationships with customers at management and directors level.

3.   Arrange sales development selling plan by identifying the needs of customers and prospective customers, and identify changing customer needs.

4.   Understand technical matters and able to convince customers on technical and commercial.

5.   Establish good communication network with existing customers and prospective customers.

6.   Always updated with key customer bidding procedure on data requirements and able to supervise their staff to prepare the document.

7.   Direct supervise the Sales & service staff/s under his department and able to coordinate with finance department.

8.   Shall prepare & submit annual sales budget then submitted to Director & Principal (if any) by the end of fiscal year for review and approval.

9.   Responsible to achieve annual sales target.

10. Shall submit sales report periodically from planning until execution result to Director & principal (if any).

11. Shall collect, review and summarize weekly report from sales staffs and report to Director & principal (if any).

12. Able to negotiate price, delivery schedule and other conditions of sale or within his limits of its authority.

13. Always up to date of the current condition status order received, service complaint and payment collection.

14. Able to provide technical and commercial training to staff who work under his supervision.

15. Keep all the company important data properly and securely.

16. Able to carry out duties as technical support for the early diagnosis of problems with customer complaints when necessary.

17. Able to travel out of town for sale as well as technical support for the early diagnosis when is needed.

18. Able to solve problems in daily work, gives a wise decision that does not harm the company.

19. Has leadership quality and respected by subordinates.

20. Able to give daily direction to all subordinates who work under him..

21. The other duties which will be given by Director from time to time.
