Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan yang PT kami butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Sales Engineer- ICT Solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in fields related to ICT
  • Experience in sales and marketing of ICT Solutions and System Integration, minimum 5-years.
  • Strong technical background and deep knowledge about our products, in order to be able to design drone & ICT solutions for a wide range of potential customers.
  • Good social skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Professional communication style and ability to communicate directly with the Principal/Manufacturer, as needed, for ICT system design and troubleshooting.  
  • Honest, self-improving, and independent, with ability to research technology products and learn about specific customer requirements independently.
  • Able to communicate fully and professionally in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good experience and existing customer base in B2B and B2G channels (Oil and Gas, Mining, Agriculture, Security, Police and Military).
  • Experience working with channel partners, e.g., Resellers and System Integrators, managing sales through Resellers, and also providing full ICT solutions with partners.
  • Able to travel to customer locations around Indonesia outside the city, and internationally as needed.
  • Mandarin or Cantonese language is a bonus.

Job Description:

  • Systematically approach new sales leads, finding new leads through independent market research, professional networks & associations, canvassing/telephone, participation in events/expos, and other activities.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly Sales KPIs, including new customer meetings, account management, weekly sales reporting, and others.
  • Achieve Annual Sales Targets, key emphasis on working with channel partners (Resellers & System Integrators) to sell efficiently, and provide full ICT solutions to customers.  
  • Collaborate with partner companies and authorized resellers to develop sales and marketing strategies for specific ICT solutions, to specific target markets. 
  • Able to speak in English internally and externally, both to customers and principals. 
  • Solutions architect, designing drone-based ICT systems with visual flowcharts and system design documentation to clearly explain a technology solution to customers, frequently including the integration of third-party products provided by partner distributor and system integrator companies.
  • Independently write high quality Technical & Commercial Proposals, accurate and clear Quotations, and other price offers to customers. 
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, explaining drone products or services to customers. Conduct demonstrations in the field, together with the Operations Team.
  • Work effectively with colleagues and internal Operations Team to support sales and pre-sales, understanding customer requirements and working with our team internally to provide solutions and customer support.
  • Stay sharply updated on commercial drone and ICT technology, maintaining high awareness of new products, industry and market developments.
