SALES MANAGER – DIGITAL PRINTING FOR LABEL AND HANG TAG INDUSTRY

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Manager, representing a market leader of digital printing machine in Indonesia. This position, based in Jakarta, offers a unique opportunity for an experienced sales leader to make a significant impact on our business.

Job Duties

Leadership
Provide strategic leadership in the label and hang tag industry, establishing yourself as a thought leader and influencer.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all aspects of business operations.
Act as the face of Rieckermann in the market, embodying the company brand’s values and fostering a positive image
Market Strategies & Business Development
Develop and implement comprehensive market strategies to drive business growth in the label and hang tag sector.
Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adjust strategies.
Sales & Target
Achieve and exceed sales targets for digital printing machines and supporting equipment in the label and hang tag industry.
Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and customer-focused experience.
Develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
Customer Relationship
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support, acting as a trusted advisor to clients in the label and hang tag industry.
Actively seek customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings based on market demands.

SECONDARY

To assist on ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the label and hang tag industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of digital printing machines and related technologies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate in a non-direct reporting environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Readiness to travel locally and overseas
