Job Summary: 

Motor Sights International is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Strategist Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share, with a specific focus on sales through dealership collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

• Lead the development of comprehensive sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategy.

Revenue Growth Initiatives:

• Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth through innovative sales approaches, including collaboration with dealerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement revenue-generating initiatives.

Market Segmentation and Targeting:

• Conduct market segmentation analysis to identify target customer segments.
• Develop targeted sales approaches for specific customer groups, emphasizing collaboration with dealers.

Product Positioning:

• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure effective product positioning in the market.
• Develop strategies to highlight product features and benefits in collaboration with dealers.

Sales Forecasting and Planning:

• Lead sales forecasting efforts to inform production and inventory planning.
• Develop actionable plans to achieve sales targets through collaboration with dealerships.

Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Use insights to adjust sales strategies, particularly in collaboration with dealers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Channel Development, and other teams to ensure alignment of strategies.
• Foster a collaborative environment to achieve shared goals, including collaboration with dealers.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation, with a focus on collaboration with dealerships.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and industry dynamics.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in the heavy vehicle or mining industry is advantageous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
