Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Manager di perusahaan PT JAC Consulting Indonesia untuk kota/kab Surabaya dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Sains & Teknologi Makanan/Ahli Gizi serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead sales team in the FMCG industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership, in-depth knowledge of the FMCG sector, and expertise in export-import operations. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key clients and distributors, and expanding market presence abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion, both domestically and internationally.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with international clients and partners to expand market presence abroad.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, both in the domestic and international markets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market entry strategies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners, both domestically and internationally.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients and distributors in international markets.
  • Utilize data analysis to track sales performance and make informed decisions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on data insights, both in domestic and international markets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English are needed!
  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager in the FMCG industry with a focus on export-import and international market expansion.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in both domestic and international markets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.
  • Cultural awareness and experience in conducting business with international clients.
