Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust sales strategies, and manage sales activities within the designated national region.
  • Coordinate and integrate resources, either independently or by leading a team, to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain channels and partnerships, solidify business relationships, and continuously expand new channels.
  • Design and set up targeted training and strategic guidance to empower sales personnel and enhance their competitiveness.

岗位职责:

1、制定并执行稳健的销售策略,在指定的国家区域内管理销售活动;
2、协调及整合资源,独立或带领团队完成销售目标;
3、建立及维护渠道与合作伙伴,稳固业务关系及不断拓展新渠道;
4、设计及搭建针对性的培训和战略指导,为销售人员赋能及竞争力提升。

Requirement:

  • Experience in food or seasoning sales, with at least 2 years of work experience preferred.  
  • Excellent English proficiency, good communication and writing skills, with knowledge of Chinese preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to different business environments, with an accurate grasp of market development trends.
