PT Biotek Prima Indoplus was established in 2015 and operates as a distributor of laboratory needs focused on the field of Life Science Research, covering Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Drug Discovery, Forensic, Cell, Health, Microbiology. Our commitment as a One Laboratory Solution by providing complete needs for reagents, plasticware, glassware & Lab. Equipment. We invite professional sales personnel in the field of Research Laboratories to achieve success with us.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Develop sales targets and sales achievement strategies together with the Sales Team

  2. Formulate sales strategies, including seminars, workshops, and other marketing initiatives for the company’s key products

  3. Conduct quarterly sales evaluations and a comprehensive year-end sales review

  4. Coordinate with other divisions to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations

  5. Take full responsibility for the entire Sales Team, including Product Specialists and Technicians, as long as they remain under the Sales Division

  6. Perform joint visits with other sales personnel when required

  7. Collaborate with Product Specialists to design and determine promotional activities every 3 months for submission to the Director

  8. Provide solutions for issues that arise within the division or other related divisions

  9. Provide ideas or suggestions for new products to support company product development

  10. Submit monthly sales reports and conduct discussions with the Director (KS).

  11. Coordinate with sub-distributors regarding sales strategies in their assigned areas

  12. Communicate with principals regarding sales strategies, special price requests, bulk item decisions, and stock planning

  13. Develop and adjust pricing strategies in response to market competition

  14. Conduct KPI evaluations for the Sales Team

  15. Prepare Sales Forecasts when requested by principals

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or marketing.

  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position within the laboratory equipment, healthcare, or related distribution industry.

2. Technical Competencies

  • Strong understanding of laboratory products, technologies, and applications.

  • Proven ability to design, execute, and evaluate effective sales strategies.

  • Excellent skills in presentation, persuasion, and business negotiation.

3. Non-Technical Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Analytical thinking, target-driven mindset, and high integrity.

4. Language Proficiency

  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English, in both spoken and written communication.

5. Sales-Driven Orientation

  • Highly focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong ability to closely monitor sales team performance and analyze sales metrics.

  • Sharp intuition for converting leads and opportunities into actual sales.

6. Work Attitude & Pressure Handling

  • Able and willing to work under very high pressure.

  • Resilient, fast decision-making, and capable of quickly formulating alternative sales strategies to boost performance.

7. Additional Requirements

  • Must possess a valid SIM A (Indonesia Driving License).

  • Willing to Travel for business.
