Telah dibuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Manager (Property) di tempat usaha PT Bhakti Bangun Harmoni untuk domisili Bogor & Jawa Barat atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan Rumah (Real Estat & Properti) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Currently we are open for new vacancies in our company as Sales Manager This position will be stationed in Sentul, at The Sanctuary Collection

You will responsible (but not limited) to:

  • Spearhead Sales activities through monitoring and direct in-house sales and Property Agents.
  • Collaborate with the Promotion Team to create and deliver highly effective promotional programs.
  • Manage recruiting, goal setting, coaching, and monitoring the performance of sales representatives.
  • Present sales, income and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

You will shine in this position if you possessed        

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales for Property Business
  • At least 3 years’ od working Experience as Sales Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Placement in Sentul
