Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue and growth targets for the industrial market segment
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets and objectives
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base in the industrial market segment
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the industrial market segment
Monitor and analyse market trends and competition to identify areas for improvement in the company’s sales strategies for the industrial market segment

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial market segment through networking, market research and other channels
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and projects in the industrial market segment
Work closely with the technical team to develop customized solutions for clients in the industrial market segment
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders within the company to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients in the industrial market segment

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the industrial market segment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Understand clients’ evolving needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that clients’ needs are met in a timely and effective manner
Serve as a point of contact for clients in the industrial market segment, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Leadership:

Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, motivating and inspiring them to achieve their objectives
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
Represent the company in external forums and events, building its reputation and brand in the market

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or a related field
Proven experience as a sales leader in a multinational service company in the industrial market segment
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead teams to achieve sales objectives
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the industrial market segment.
