Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 27.000.000 - Rp 31.000.000.

We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Manager to lead our In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) sales team in Indonesia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our IVD product portfolio and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the IVD market and a proven track record in sales & team leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the IVD product range in Indonesia
  • To build, lead and manage a high performing sales team, providing guidance, training and support to achieve sales goals
  • Identify and target key customers (hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions) to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors and customer needs to make data-driven decisions
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to the management team
  • Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and stakeholders to gain insights and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operation and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and leadership roles, preferably within the In Vitro Diagnostics industry
  • Results oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target
  • Strong understanding of IVD products, market trends and customer trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia
  • Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Own a valid driving license and a car
