The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales of company’s derivative products to customers in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the Food Ingredients market.

Description

They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales of company’s derivative products to customers in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the Food Ingredients market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies that support the growth and expansion of company’s derivative product lines
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through regular communication and relationship building
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure successful development and launch of new derivative products
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and product development
• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote company’s derivative products and increase brand awareness
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Vice President of Sales
• Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment collection

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably from F&B/FMCG
• Strong knowledge of derivative products and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive growth and profitability
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and product development
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
