Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Manager, Data Center Infrastructure di perusahaan PT Westindo Esa Perkasa untuk kota/kab Jakarta Utara serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusaahan inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Teknik/Teknikal/IT serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 18.000.000 - Rp 25.000.000.

In accordance with the overall sales strategy, you will be responsible for the sale of Data Center products within the designated market. 50% of the position will involve technical skills in the data center area, while the remaining 50% will involve managing relationships with stakeholders.

You will report to the Marketing & Sales Director and will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, resolving client inquiries and issues, and identifying and cultivating sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for driving opportunities, conducting internal and external evaluations of opportunities, preparing decks, and representing the sales team.
  2. Managing relationships with essential decision makers in customer and internal organizations.
  3. Developing and acquiring plans and strategies in the data center area aimed at servicing the number of installations and growing customer database.
  4. Analyzing customer specifications thoroughly and recommending technical solutions in collaboration with technology suppliers or original equipment manufacturers.
  5. Effectively directing all phases of the tendering process, from customer requirements analysis to RFQ generation and project handoff. 
  6. Responsible for conceptual design, sizing, optimization, and cost estimation of Electrical, Drives, Automation, and Software Services (if necessary).
  7. Developing an excellent market position by emphasizing the value proposition and the most recent product and solution offerings from Westindo for the Data Center market.

Qualifications

  1. Electrical or Electronics Engineering Degree.
  2. Minimum Total 10 years as Sales including 2-3 years in Managerial position as Sales in Data Center Infrastructure.
  3. Experience in Front-End Sales and/or Tendering/Engineering/Project Management in the banking and/or financial industries, process industries/manufacture, government, or BUMN is preferred.
  4. Familiarity with Data Center ecosystem: PAC, UPS and electrical panels.
  5. A familiarity with business and law terms as well as project risk management
  6. Capable of communicating effectively (both verbal and in writing), customer-centric, able to negotiate and persuade, exhibiting a professional demeanor, and possessing a strong sense of collaboration.
  7. Utilizes Microsoft Office applications with proficiency.
  8. Cross-selling capabilities across all Systems, Solutions, Products, and Services categories.
