  • Develop the company’s business by identifying and approaching potential customers

  • Conduct bidding and tender processes with prospective clients

  • Coordinate with other internal departments to prepare bidding documents and design tailored solutions based on customer requirements

  • Act as a bridge between customers and the operations team, assisting in resolving operational issues and payment-related matters that may arise

  • Acquire and bring in new clients to the company

  • Meet revenue and gross profit (GP) targets set by the company

  • Identify cargo demand opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets and acquire new clients based on market potential

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of ongoing orders

  • Create and close sales orders within the first 1–3 months after onboarding, generating profits 2–3 times higher than the expected salary

  • Calculate gross profit per order and set strategic pricing in collaboration with internal stakeholders

  • Take full responsibility for handled clients and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved

  • Provide comprehensive performance reports to supervisors on a regular basis

  • Develop sales strategies and deliver product presentations to prospective clients

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to evaluate sales strategies and explore new opportunities to meet business goals

  • Negotiate with vendors to fulfill cargo requirements for assigned clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing, new, and potential clients

  • Consistently follow up on active orders, both independently and collaboratively with the team

  • Collaborate with other departments to support the company’s overall business strategy

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the cargo and logistics industry

  • Uphold the company’s image and reputation in the eyes of clients and the public
