Segera dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Manager Assistant (Enterprise Software) -- Based In Jakarta di kantor Yonyou (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. untuk daerah Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Teknik/Teknikal/IT serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan persyaratan yang kita inginkan ialah minimum D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana & Gelar Professional. Merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 12.000.000 - Rp 20.000.000.

Job Descriptions:

·   Explore and identify new potential leads via various channels. Demonstrates professionalism with potential customers via phone, email, conferencing, webinars, and face-to-face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.

·   Identify business opportunities, and assist the sales manager in formulating account development plans and sales strategies for penetrating the assigned market segments/customers.

·   Introduce Yonyou and Yonyou’s services to clients. Coordinate and arrange appointments for the sales team with prospective leads clients.

·   Provide Pre-Sales support including requirement gathering, meeting minutes writing, preparation and presentation of solution proposal.

·   Maintain good customer relationships and assist the sales manager in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing, to achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, or Business Administration.

·   Experience in prospecting, lead generation and sales management will be a plus.

·   Experience of B-to-B sales, preferably in IT solutions.

·   Passionate, self-motivated, good team player and responsible. Able to work under pressure.

·   Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.

·   Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google programs and social networking tools.

·   High proficiency of Chinese Mandarin and Indonesian. Need to liaise with mandarin speaking clients/colleagues. Proficiency in English will be an advantage.

· Individuals with less than one year of experience are welcome to join as well.
