Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Manager (Area Bandung) di perusahaan PT. Polyfilatex untuk daerah Bandung atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Kami memberikan syarat yang kita inginkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional Area Sales Manager to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion or interest in fashion and apparel, and a rounded understanding of the retail landscape.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our Retail Channel, managing our FILA boutiques within your employed region and ensuring sales performance, profitability, brand recognition, team development, exceptional customer service, presentation, and in-store merchandising. As well, you’ll have the opportunity to grow our store footprint, assisting in identifying emerging market opportunities and executing new store openings in 2024 and beyond. 

This job requires you to travel regionally to meet with sales teams to measure growth and plan new sales.

Requirements:

  • Based in Bandung, maximum 35 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Management from a reputable university
  • You are passionate about the fashion/apparel/footwear industry
  • At least 4-5 years in a similar Manager role within the retail industry
  • Having experience of working in the footwear/apparel business is an advantage
  • Ability to drive sales and implement key sales strategies
  • Proven track record of people management & team building
  • Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising principles, and inventory management
  • Highly organised, great attention to detail, ability to manage time well to prioritise a diverse range of tasks 
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and reporting skills, and an engaging communicator with a focus on customer service
  • Enjoy the challenge of being in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • You are enthusiastic, self-disciplined, and pro-active about your work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion
  • Desire to know and be fully aware of apparel/footwear trends and customer needs
  • Review and analyze stocks and sales reports, monitoring over and under stocks, and implementing corrective action to be taken
  • Ability to develop a business plan and sales strategy with the sales team to ensure the achievement of company sales goals, inventory turnover and profitability
  • Establish and manage productive relationships with store supervisors including the timely resolution of sales and operational issues, negotiations of locations, and other sales objectives
  • Manage and direct sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company objectives
  • Establish short-term and long-term plans and strategies to ensure the achievement of sales target
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure that it is implemented within the team
