About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Al Jazeerah Signature in Bali. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships. This is a full-time position based in our Badung, Bali office.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales plans and campaigns to achieve company revenue targets

• Managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals to ensure they are meeting their individual and team goals

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and prospects

• Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics to continuously improve our sales processes

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Hospitality industry, specially Restaurant.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships

• Proficient in sales forecasting, data analysis, and performance reporting

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software
