Dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Lead Generation - Talent Solutions di tempat usaha TDCX untuk daerah Jakarta Pusat serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan inginkan ialah setidaknya D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 8.600.000 - Rp 12.000.000.

What is your mission?

• Qualify and develop leads, set up webinars, managing appointments, through strong communication and discovery. Always remember you are the first point of contact with a client.

• Develop strong sales skills and techniques through a training program

• Build collaborative relationships with your Account Executives where you both strive to win for the business.

• Planning & prioritizing your accounts effectively through the HR Talent Solution platforms and insights.

• Maximise your own personal development through 1 to 1 coaching sessions with your manager and your wider team

• You will need to be target driven to reach and overachieve individual and team results

• Ensuring you keep our culture and values at the forefront of your mind when interacting with our customers, colleagues, and business partners.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of 12 months experience in a target-driven environment

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Minimum of 1-year experience in SaaS, sourcing, or a lead generation role, preferably in the technology industry

• Experience working with CRM platforms

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills

• Ability to autonomously manage time, prioritize tasks and deal with ambiguity

• Ability to gather and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others

• Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with strong attention to detail

• Motivated to work in a high-energy sales environment as a team player

• Motivated by a career in sales and eager to learn.
