Located in Bogor, our sales team is looking for a bright, motivated and high-performing International Sales Representative to join our crew. As an International Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and closing opportunities within a territory. This person must demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically prospecting for new business, upsell and cross-sell within our extensive install base and delivering results against a quota. Summary Objective:

As an International Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increase sales revenue, looking new customers, and also open new markets. Reporting to Sales Manager, you’ll be expected to sales growth by weekly, monthly, and yearly. We’ll work as a team to ensure you’re able and ready to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a monthly basis
  • Continually build pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • conduct calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers
  • Develop and manage relationships with prospects and accounts within your assigned territory
  • Work in a team-selling environment specifically building relationships with teammates.
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting
  • Prior Customer Support and/or Customer Success experiences
  • Qualifying leads in a high-volume environment using calls, emails, and LinkedIn InMails

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong verbal and written English communication 
  • Has experience as International Sales is A MUST
  • Has experience in essential oil or natural product would be A PLUS.
  • At least 3 (three) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales Export or equivalent.
  • Track record of success selling into mid-market or high-market companies
  • Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Intelligence, Character, Experience
  • Focused on a long-term sales career
