Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi SALES IN-HOUSE di tempat usaha PT Mastrada Surya untuk daerah Denpasar & Bali serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Asisten Ritel (Ritel & Produk Konsumen) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki syarat yang spesifik terhadap pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Job Title: SALES IN-HOUSE

Location: Denpasar, Bali

Reports to: Sales Manager

As Sales In-House, you will be responsible to work with team to identify prospects, bring in new sales and maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients.

Sales In-House Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
  • Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of your products. New leads may be generated through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.
  • Meet sales revenue targets.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
  • Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.

Sales In-House Requirements and Skills

Ø Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Ø Minimum Senior High School/ Vocational High School (SMA/SMK)

Ø Proficient in English preferable

Ø Have a consultative sales approach

Ø Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Ø Good presentation skills

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ø Ability to handle multiple priorities and work

Ø Driven and motivated

Ø Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% of the time

Ø Result Oriented

Ø Ability to work as a team

Ø Willing to be stationed in all business offices branches
