Telah dibuka loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales HRIS di perusahaan PT Sakura System Solutions untuk kota/kab Jakarta Pusat serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami inginkan ialah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 7.000.000 - Rp 10.000.000.

Job Description:

  • To involve and contribute to the main responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Department, that is to achieve the sales and profit target of company products and services.
  • To represent SSS to its customers or prospective customers and to coordinate with the internal team (implementation team, maintenance team, management, etc.) to ensure all the projects/tasks can be completed as planned

Responsibilities:

  • Build client base of the product/service by doing market searching, creating qualified sales leads through networking or marketing activities such as conducting business seminar, attending business event, etc.
  • Get and manage customer’s information, including customer’s potential risks, budget, decision maker, etc.
  • Promote the products and services from preparation and delivery of sales literatures, show business presentation or software demo, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up the activities.
  • Prepare proposal documents (including quotation, proposal, draft of agreement, etc.), arrange internal review and submit to the client/prospect.
  • Explain, get feedback and negotiate the contents of the documents, including scope of services, terms and conditions, closing conditions, etc. with the customer and follow up until (sales) close.
  • Always keep in touch with Technical Team/Project Team and collaborate with them to arrange kick-off meeting, monitor the project, handle complaints and make sure the execution of the project stay on track until the project close (user acceptance & payment closed).
  • Manage the after sales process (after services) as well as maintain and improve relationship with the existing client (by continuously and constantly contact and visit the customer) to get new business opportunity (yearly maintenance, extension modules, etc.) or referrals from them.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any fields.
  2. Minimum has 3 years experiences as Sales in the IT Industry and Have experience in selling and/or consulting HR & Payroll software is an advantage.
  3. Having experience with Japanese company/client is an advantage.

Requirements

  1. Ability and desire to sell

  3. Capacity to work well on his/her own or in a team
  4. Have persuasive and influential verbal communication
  5. Have a good analytical and attention to details
  6. Outstanding in written, spoken, communication and negotiation in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  7. Capability of working out of town

Technical Skills

  1. Have good knowledge in Indonesian Payroll Regulation
  2. Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  3. Proficient negotiation and presentation skill
  4. Have a good complaint handling skill.
  5. Ability to make comprehensive proposal, reports, business flow related to HR & Payroll System
