Description

• Manage the entire Auto Loans vertical in Indonesia with P&L Accountability
• Building distribution channels/ channel partners with an objective to penetrate deep into the market.
• Understand the market dynamics and technological advancements in the Banking & Finance/Fintech industry and build strategies around
• Maintaining retention margins to ensure profitability.
• Responsible for overall Business/Distribution Strategy function, driving key business objectives centrally.
• Responsible for designing all initiatives including rewards & performance management system for Business Associates/Channel Partners.
• Responsible for channel profitability & strategic initiatives to grow the business.
• Developing effective relationship management with the Banks/Financial Institutions.
• Monitoring and reporting on performance against agreed sales targets.

Profile

• Hold Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of proven work experience as as a PnL manager or relevant role
• Deep understanding of the distribution channels/third party sourcing in this financial services industry
• Proven track record in the Financial Services – Tech Space and online marketplace and having a technological bent
• Know how on various logistics of team building & Management
• Exposure to setting up of business models
• Experience of working with Start-Ups and fast paced environment
• A results-driven approach to work in order to meet targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data
• Commercial awareness and a keen interest in business.
