• Oversee and ensure proper functionality of the Mining Business team
• Develop strategic plans to achieve corporate objectives for Mining products and services
• Develops and recommends product positioning, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share
• Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities
• Establish indirect channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing strategic partnerships with EPC, mining consultants, and proprietary mining technology providers based on sales territories, quotas, and goals
• Meets with key customers, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
• Reviews and analyses sales performances against programs quotes and plans to determine the effectiveness
• Establish a good relationship with the sales team and with techno-commercial supports to win more orders/projects for KSB
• Establish performance management in the internal departments such as competency mapping, development plan, and succession planning
• Establish Coaching, Counselling, and ensure transfer learning within the Mining Business team
• Create clear KPI for the team and help them meet expectations with support and ensure proper training and development for the team

Requirement

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Material Science, chemicals), or equivalent
• Having a minimum of 15 (fifteen) years of experience in related functions
• Proven experience in managerial roles for multinational companies.
• Have experience in the market for mining and have a strong relationship with mining customers as well
• A team player in a dynamic environment within a matrix organization
• Worthy achievements in the pump business will be advantages
• As a role model for positive behavior
• Equipped with very good global report management
