Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

• Lead and manage the Sales Force Effectiveness function by developing and implementing a comprehensive SFE framework to oversee all SFE activities.
• Implement Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Track, analyze, and compare sales force KPI achievements to identify productivity gaps and recommend actions/initiatives to stakeholders to close these gaps.
• Lead the entire SFE process for perfect implementation, including planning, sales team communication, and execution tracking.
• Provide monthly/quarterly and yearly regional analysis of SFE implementation to stakeholders.
• Actively engage with the sales force to identify opportunities/gaps/mismatches in territory management, sales force deployment, Healthcare Professional (HCP) segmentation, and targeting to continuously improve sales force productivity.
• Drive and monitor interactions with current and future customers, manage customer data and segmentation/targeting to improve customer engagement.
• Develop recommendations in the field of sales force territory alignment to optimize sales team effectiveness.
• Love to create a sales competency development structure, plan, and map. Facilitate the design, implementation, and evaluation of relevant programs to improve sales team capabilities.
• Lead projects in building and strengthening information and access centers, as well as providing the right solutions/tools to meet users’ business needs.
• Act as a custodian of processes and policies within the scope of function responsibilities. Develop Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems to increase sales force productivity.
• Manage, train, and develop the SFE/SFA team. Drive and ensure the sales force team adheres to compliance while carrying out daily activities.
• Review and align sales incentive schemes, including payment mix, sales targets, and payment terms, to ensure they are competitive in the market and encourage sales behavior that aligns with company targets.
• Work closely with other functions to achieve alignment and ensure effective implementation and operations.

Does it match your criteria?

• Has a bachelor’s degree in any major
• 6 – 7 years of working experience in the Nutrition / FMGC / Pharmacy / Healthcare Industry with at least 3 – 4 years at managerial level
• Have experience in SFE Pharmacy/Nutrition/FMGC
• Have the ability in Leadership, People, and Business
