Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales for our cutting-edge banking solutions, specifically targeting the banking sector in Indonesia. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth of our market-leading financial supply chain and cash management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Target Prospects: Research and identify potential clients within the banking sector. Develop a targeted sales strategy to approach and engage these prospects.
• Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers within target banks. Maintain ongoing communication to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
• Present and Demonstrate Solutions: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our financial supply chain and cash management systems to potential clients. Highlight the unique benefits and features of our solutions.
• Develop Proposals, Negotiate and Close Sales: Prepare detailed proposals and negotiate terms with clients. Work towards closing sales and achieving revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our technical and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction. Provide feedback from clients to help improve our solutions.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the banking and financial technology sectors. Use this knowledge to position our solutions competitively.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the banking or financial technology sectors.
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
• Personality: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Proficient in English & Mandarin is preferable.
