Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami inginkan adalah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description:

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of all company services, especially in export/import freight services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients as well as establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand each client’s unique logistics requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive ocean freight quotations and proposals.
  • Work closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure the best service and pricing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities and 
  • Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and identify potential growth areas.
  • Maintain detailed sales records and reports, tracking progress and performance.
  • Present regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional services to existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in export and import ocean freight.
  • Knowledge of the ocean freight industry and related regulations.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in presenting and negotiating with clients.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborative attitude to work effectively with internal teams, including operations, pricing, and finance.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.
  • Self-motivated, driven to achieve and exceed sales targets for both revenue based and volume based.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and strategies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.
  • Placement: Surabaya (1) and Semarang (1)
