Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in laser technologies and injectables. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics and possess a deep understanding of the market, products, and competitors within the medical aesthetics field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
2. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expert knowledge in laser technologies and injectable products, providing detailed information and addressing customer inquiries.
3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including physicians, clinics, and hospitals, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop sales strategies and identify emerging trends in the industry.
5. Training & Education: Provide training and education to clients and their staff on the proper usage and benefits of our products.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and other departments to ensure a coordinated and effective sales strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, with a specific focus on laser technologies and injectables.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry and regulatory environment in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in conducting product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Existing network within the medical aesthetics community in Indonesia.
• Ability to travel frequently to client locations and industry events.
