Segera dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Executive di tempat usaha Little Caliphs International Sdn Bhd untuk domisili Tangerang atau sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang kami butuhkan adalah Pendidikan/Pelatihan & Pendidikan serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan inginkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to promote Little Caliphs’ program and filling the target of annual enrollment.
2. Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and preferences.
3. Develop and manage comprehensive reports
4. To follow up and engage with potential customers and keep existing customers informed about promotions and events.
5. Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organizations to expand the reach of the Little Caliphs program.
6. Coordinate and host events such as open houses and parent information sessions to promote the program and provide opportunities for face-to-face interactions with potential customers.
7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns and make adjustments as necessary.
8. Manage the Little Caliphs Indonesia website, including updating content, optimizing for search engines, and ensuring a positive user experience.
9. Manage the Little Caliphs Indonesia brand identity, including the development of brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging.
10. Collaborate with other departments within Little Caliphs Indonesia and Little Caliphs HQ, such as operations and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
11. Host open house events to give potential customers a chance to tour the facility, meet the staff, and learn more about the program.
12. Distribute brochures, flyers, and posters in strategic locations such as schools, mosques, and community centers.
13. Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organizations to expand the reach of the Little Caliphs program.
14. Coordinate and host events such as parent information sessions to promote the program and provide opportunities for face-to-face interactions with potential customers.
15. Offer referral incentives to encourage existing customers to refer new customers to the program.
16. By performing these online and offline tasks effectively, the marketing executive can promote Little Caliphs’ program to a wider audience, attract new customers, and build a strong presence in the local market.
