About the role

Join PT Zollchin Maritime Advance’ as a Sales Executive in our PIK, North Jakarta office location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships within the construction to pets industries. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them succeed.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the logistic industry
  • Identify and understand client needs, then recommend appropriate products and services
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer service
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Provide regular sales forecasting and reporting

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Import/Export, or Domestic Logistic industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experienced in selling/buying or logistic in pets industry preferred
