Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the printing or packaging manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling custom label or packaging projects from initiation to delivery.
- Well-established and relevant professional network.
- Excellent communication skills, persuasive, team-oriented, and target-driven.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well-organized in reporting and documentation.
- Ability to conduct market research effectively, especially in Bali markets.
- Willin to be placed in Denpasar, Bali.
Job Descriptions :
- Develop new markets to increase the Company’s revenue.
- Conduct customer visits.
- Analyze customer needs in detail.
- Prepare systematic reports on revenue achievements from new markets.
- Provide customers with complete and accurate product information.
- Negotiate prices, volumes, and terms with customers.
- Analyze production timelines and lead times to ensure delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with the production and quality divisions regarding the PPOS process.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of purchase orders.
- Monitor and follow up on customer complaints promptly and accurately.
