Job Purpose:

To promote services to new potential and existing customer, increase volume and develop new business and negotiate with aim of maximizing profits of Shipco Indonesia. Act as key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products

 Job Description:

  • Meets and achieving Individual financial and non-financial target/objectives as decided by
  • Management & Accomplishes marketing and sales mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Contributing marketing and sales information and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends
  • Provides information by collecting and summarizing data and trends
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customer’s requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Follow up sales leads to gain new customer
  • Accomplishes sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
  • Sustains rapport with customers by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
  • Establishing new business from existing customer
  • Create and send quotation to client from the STI system
  • Update report in CRM (Sales call log, Customer Profile) in real time
  • Ensuring all request and correspondence are replied in professional way and in timely manner
  • Providing data and reports to sales manager in the given timeline
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Formal Education:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Working Experience:

  • Having experience in the same industry minimum 2 (two) years

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must demonstrate attention to detail so that they enter customers’ requests accurately and issue clear instructions to other departments.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company, such as sales, operations, accounts.
  • Require excellent customer service skills to enable them to deal politely and effectively with customers’ inquiries or complaints.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

Competency:

  • Excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills.
  • English literate, mastering another foreign language is a plus
