Job Description: As a Sales Engineer specializing in solar panels, inverters, and cables, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our products to EPC companies and other B2B clients. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and meeting sales targets within your assigned territory. You will work closely with our engineering and technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions that meet our clients’ needs and align with their renewable energy goals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with EPC companies and B2B clients in the renewable energy sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
• Understand clients’ requirements, propose suitable solar panel, inverter, and cable solutions, and provide technical support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential business growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare sales reports, and forecast future sales projections.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our products and expand the company’s presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A background in electrical or renewable energy engineering is preferred.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry, working with EPC companies or similar clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar panels, inverters, cables, and other related equipment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
