We are seeking a results-oriented sales professional to join our team and lead the expansion of rubber sheet and moulded product sales across Asia, with a strategic emphasis on the high-growth markets of Indonesia and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Understand customer expectations, provide solutions, and take necessary actions.

• Create and execute sustainable strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Maximise and drive results through direct sales and the distributor network

• Expand market penetration (new products/New Markets)

• To take advantage of sales tools such as Salesforce and other sales tools as specified.

• Increasing overall customer satisfaction with Weir.

• Foster the development of new, creative products and services

• Improving the efficiency of the Rubber sheet & moulded sales business

• Compliance with OHS & E (Regulatory and policy)

• Communicating and facilitating market changes within the Company.

• Identifying and acting upon opportunities which support the business growth strategy.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Materials)

• Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in technical sales and opportunity identification.

• Mining or Engineering Industry experience is desirable

• Ability to understand client expectations and translate them into deliverables for large, complex organisations.

• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP at an intermediate level.

• Ability to drive for up to 7 hours per day and travel on aircrafts, boats, and to remote areas.
