Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Sales Engineer (Placement: Bintaro) di tempat usaha PT Transavia Otomasi Pratama untuk daerah Tangerang atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Teknik/Teknikal/IT serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities:

Develop long term relationships with the customer.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, then leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfy their needs in term of quality, price, and delivery.
Establish an aggressive and effective overall sales and marketing implementation plan by considering market trends, customers, competitors, and industry.
Establish a vision for committed, loyal, long-term customer relationships and implementing the necessary steps to reach the shared vision.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronic / Electromechanical / Physics Engineering / Physics from a reputable university.
Have minimum 3 years’ experience as Sales Engineer on Automation / Transportation Communication
Well-proven technical and interpersonal skills, effective communication, and strong analytical capabilities.
High sense of product sales & services with systematic thinking ability to solve the problem.
Highly motivated, target-oriented individual.
Shall be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Placement: Bintaro (South Tangerang)

In 1997, Rockwell Automation appointed Transavia Utama as the authorized distributor for its automation products. This marks the beginning of the Industrial Automation business of Transavia Utama, and the establishment of Transavia Otomasi Pratama. Our early success in the industry gained recognition as in 2004 we received the Valued Supplier Award from Conoco Phillips and the Highest Volume Growth Software Shipment Award from Rockwell Software in 2005. Building on those achievements, we are currently pursuing the ISO 9001 certification. In the year 2007, we estimate our sales target to reach USD 12 Million.
