The Role

As a Sales Engineer – Marketing Sales at PT Gamma Buana Persada, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative products to potential clients across a range of industries. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta, where you will play a key role in driving the company’s sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identifying and qualifying new sales leads through prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry connections

  2. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and solutions

  3. Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals with clients

  4. Providing technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and materials

  6. Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and pipeline, and reporting on progress to management

What We’re Looking For

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the sales industry

  2. Strong technical understanding of products and solutions, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling presentations

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients

  4. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset

  5. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field

  6. Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal
